What is Top-Down DLP 3D Printing?
Technology Overview
Top-down DLP (Digital Light Processing) 3D printers are a resin-based technology where the light source, typically an LED or UV laser, is positioned above the build platform, projecting images directly onto the resin’s surface. This differs from bottom-up DLP systems, which cure the resin from below through a transparent build plate.
